About Arcona

Arcona Yachts UK are the sole agents for the UK and Ireland for this beautiful range of Swedish yachts. These easy to sail cruiser/racers epitomize the vision of Arcona in Sweden who have been building quality yachts for over 40 years. The new generation of yachts began with the launch of the Arcona 400 which won Boat of the Year at the Stockholm Boat Show. This was followed by the successful Arcona 370 which won Boat of the Year in Denmark, then the stunning Arcona 460, and now the Arcona 430 which has been nominated as European boat of the year 2008/9.

Construction

The success of the Arcona range is based upon the integrity of the construction, at the heart of which is a galvanized steel frame taking all the rig and keel loads. This is matched by the outstanding level of craftsmanship in the beautifully finished mahogany interiors. Our yard at Kungshamn on Swedens west coast, together with our yard on the Baltic island of Saaremaa deliver beautiful Swedish yachts at affordable prices.

Sailing and performance

These elegant boats are easy to sail in short-handed or family cruising mode, but have also proved their racing pedigree in the Baltic, the Solent and the Channel.
